Since toddling about in 1 inch-deep tidal pools at the dawn of my memory, I've remained a passionate amateur UW naturalist.  

Now in my 50's, after four decades of snorkelling and SCUBA nearly all here in my home State of SA, with emphasis on photographing our wonderful smaller marine life for ID and conservation purposes, I've found a new focus - Syngnathids, notably our diverse but very poorly researched pipefish.

I'm a GP too, and naturally EVERY health professional MUST be able to separate work from play.  

Could someone please help me here....?!
